  • 90 g oat flakes use gluten-free if needed
  • A pinch of salt
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 2 tablespoons mixed seeds

Method
 

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking dish with parchment paper.
  2. Mix dry ingredients – In a large bowl, combine oat flakes, salt, and baking soda.
  3. Add the seeds – Stir in the mixed seeds for extra crunch and nutrition.
  4. Form the dough – Gradually add water until a soft dough forms. Let it sit for 10 minutes to absorb moisture.
  5. Bake – Transfer the dough to the prepared baking dish and bake for 25-30 minutes, or until golden brown.
