- In a large mixing bowl, combine the flour, instant yeast, salt, and sugar. Whisk together until well mixed.
- In a separate bowl, mix the warm milk, melted butter, eggs, and vanilla extract until combined.
- Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients. Stir with a wooden spoon or spatula until a dough begins to form.
- Transfer the dough to a floured surface and knead for about 8-10 minutes until smooth and elastic.
- Place the dough in a greased bowl, cover with a clean kitchen towel, and let it rise in a warm place for about 1 hour, or until doubled in size.
- After rising, punch down the dough to release air. Shape it into a loaf and place it in a greased 9x5-inch loaf pan.
- Cover the loaf pan with the kitchen towel and let it rise again for about 30-45 minutes, or until it has risen above the rim of the pan.
- Preheat the oven to 350°F. Bake the bread for 30-35 minutes, or until golden brown and sounds hollow when tapped on the bottom.
- Remove from the oven and let it cool in the pan for 10 minutes before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely.
