Ingredients

  • 400 ml warm milk
  • 4 cups 600 g all-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon 5 g salt
  • 2 tablespoons 26 g sugar
  • 1 tablespoon 8 g yeast

  • Triangular cheese as needed
  • Sesame seeds as needed

Method
 

  1. Prepare the Dough: In a bowl, mix warm milk, sugar, and yeast. Let sit for 5-10 minutes until foamy. Add flour and salt, then knead until smooth. Cover and let rise for 1 hour.
  2. Shape and Fill: Divide the dough into equal portions. Flatten each piece, place a triangular cheese in the center, and seal the edges tightly.
  3. Add Topping: Brush with milk or water and sprinkle with sesame seeds.
  4. Bake: Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F). Bake for 20-25 minutes or until golden brown.
  5. Serve and Enjoy: Let cool slightly before serving. Best enjoyed warm with tea or soup.
