Method
 

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Thaw and clean the crabs by rinsing them under cold water and patting them dry.
  2. Prepare the milk bath by whisking together eggs, mustard, and milk until smooth.
  3. Coat the crabs in the milk bath then dredge in the mixture of flour and fish fry mix.
  4. Preheat oil in a deep fryer or skillet to 350°F (175°C).
  5. Fry the crabs for 2-3 minutes on each side until golden brown.
  6. Drain excess oil on a wire rack set over a baking sheet.
  7. Serve with dipping sauce and enjoy with sides like creamy coleslaw.

Notes

Best served fresh, but leftovers can be stored in an airtight container for up to 1 day.
