Shape the Fritters: Form the mixture into small patties. If the mixture is too wet, let it sit for a few minutes to absorb excess moisture.
Fry the Fritters: Heat oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Once hot, add the fritters and cook for 3–4 minutes on each side until golden brown and crispy.
