Prepare the Cauliflower:
- Preheat the oven to 356°F (180°C).
- Remove outer leaves and slice cauliflower into 1-inch-thick steaks.
Season for Flavor:
- Place cauliflower steaks on a lined baking sheet.
- Drizzle with olive oil and evenly sprinkle salt, black pepper, paprika, and garlic powder.
First Bake for Tenderness:
- Sprinkle Parmesan cheese over the steaks.
- Bake for 20 minutes until slightly golden.
Melt the Cheese:
- Remove from the oven and sprinkle mozzarella cheese on top.
- Return to the oven for another 10 minutes until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
Garnish and Serve:
- Finish with chopped fresh parsley.
- Serve warm and enjoy!
Notes
- For extra crispiness, broil the steaks for the last 2 minutes.
