Prepare the Dough:
- Warm the milk slightly (not too hot) and mix it with sugar and yeast. Let it sit for 5–10 minutes until foamy.
- In a mixing bowl, combine the flour and salt. Add the egg, softened butter, and yeast mixture.
- Knead the dough for about 10 minutes until smooth and elastic.
- Cover and let it rise in a warm place for 1–1.5 hours, or until doubled in size.
Make the Garlic Butter Filling:
- In a small bowl, mix the softened butter, minced garlic, chopped parsley, and sugar until well combined.
Shape the Bread:
- Once the dough has risen, punch it down and divide it into equal portions.
- Roll each portion into a ball or shape of your choice.
- Place the dough on a greased baking tray, leaving space for expansion.
- Brush each piece generously with the garlic butter mixture.
Bake to Perfection:
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Bake the bread for 15–20 minutes, or until golden brown and fluffy.
- Brush with more garlic butter while warm for extra flavor.

- Serve warm as a side dish, snack, or appetizer. Best paired with soups, pasta, or enjoyed on its own!
Notes
- For extra crunch, sprinkle grated Parmesan or mozzarella on top before baking.
