Preheat your grill to medium heat.
In a small bowl, mix together the brown sugar, ground cinnamon, and salt.
Brush the pineapple rings with honey and lime juice, then sprinkle the sugar mixture evenly over both sides of the rings.
Place the pineapple rings on the grill and cook for about 3-4 minutes on each side, or until grill marks appear and the pineapple is caramelized.
Remove the grilled pineapple from the grill and let it cool slightly.
Serve warm, optionally topped with a scoop of vanilla ice cream.
