  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Cut the tops off each bell pepper and remove seeds and membranes.
  3. In a skillet over medium heat, add olive oil, chopped onion, and minced garlic. Sauté for 5 minutes.

  5. Stir in the pre-cooked rice and heat through for 2 minutes.
