Marinate the Chicken:
- In a large bowl, whisk together olive oil, honey, lemon juice, lemon zest, oregano, basil, garlic powder, salt, red pepper flakes, and black pepper.
- Add chicken breasts, coating them fully.

Cook the Chicken:
- Heat a grill pan or skillet over medium-high heat.

- In a small bowl, mix Greek yogurt, grated cucumber, fresh dill, olive oil, lemon juice, minced garlic, and salt.
- Stir well and refrigerate until serving.
Assemble the Bowls:
- In each serving bowl, layer cooked rice, romaine lettuce, cherry tomatoes, cucumber, and red onion.
- Add sliced chicken on top.
- Drizzle with tzatziki sauce and sprinkle feta cheese if using.
- Serve with extra lemon wedges.
