Method
 

  1. Preheat the Oven:Set your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a 9×13-inch baking dish with parchment paper.
  2. Mix the Dry Ingredients:In a large mixing bowl, combine the rolled oats, protein powder, and cinnamon. Stir well.
  3. Combine the Wet Ingredients:In another bowl, mash the bananas. Add in the eggs, milk, maple syrup, and vanilla extract. Whisk until smooth.
  4. Bring It All Together:Pour the wet ingredients into the dry and mix until fully combined.
  5. Fold in Add-Ins:Gently stir in the hemp seeds and chocolate chips.
  6. Bake:Pour the mixture into the prepared baking dish and spread it out evenly. Top with additional chocolate chips or banana slices if desired.
  7. Bake to Perfection:Bake for 30 minutes, or until the top is golden brown and a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
