- Preheat your oven to 500°F (260°C) and place a pizza stone or baking sheet inside for 30 minutes.
- Roll out pizza dough on a floured surface to a 12-inch round with a ¼ inch thickness.
- Transfer rolled dough onto a parchment-lined pizza peel. Spread tomato sauce leaving a ½-inch border, then add mozzarella, pepperoni, and dollops of ricotta.
- Slide the assembled pizza onto the pizza stone or baking sheet in the oven and bake for 8-12 minutes until the crust is golden brown and cheese is bubbling.
- Remove from oven, drizzle hot honey on top, and garnish with basil and red pepper flakes if desired. Slice and enjoy!
