Step-by-Step Instructions
- Begin by boiling water in a kettle until it reaches a rolling boil. Measure out the butterfly pea tea and steep it in hot water for about 5–7 minutes.
- While the blue tea is cooling, add heavy cream and vanilla extract to a mixing bowl. Whip on medium speed until soft peaks form, about 2–3 minutes.
- In a tall glass, pour the cooled blue tea halfway and fill the glass to the top with milk. Stir gently to mix.
- Dollop the whipped vanilla cold foam over the top of the iced blue tea latte.
- Serve with a straw or spoon and enjoy!
Notes
Chill milk and cream for best results. This recipe can be made ahead of time.
