Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Begin by boiling water in a kettle until it reaches a rolling boil. Measure out the butterfly pea tea and steep it in hot water for about 5–7 minutes.
  2. While the blue tea is cooling, add heavy cream and vanilla extract to a mixing bowl. Whip on medium speed until soft peaks form, about 2–3 minutes.
  3. In a tall glass, pour the cooled blue tea halfway and fill the glass to the top with milk. Stir gently to mix.
  4. Dollop the whipped vanilla cold foam over the top of the iced blue tea latte.
