Preparation
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Place the dinner rolls on the baking sheet, ensuring they are touching.
- Hollow out the tops of each roll to create a pocket for the lobster.
- In a mixing bowl, combine melted butter, chives, Old Bay seasoning, and garlic to create garlic chive butter.
- Brush the insides and outsides of the rolls with the garlic chive butter.
- Bake the rolls for about 10 minutes until golden and fragrant.
- Warm the lobster in the reserved garlic chive butter for 2-3 minutes.
- Fill each hollowed-out roll with the warm lobster mixture.
- Garnish with additional chives and serve warm.
