  • 12 rolls Pull-Apart Dinner Rolls Homemade or store-bought like King's Hawaiian
  • 1 cup Cooked Lobster Meat Fresh or precooked
For the Garlic Chive Butter
  • 1/2 cup Salted Butter Melted
  • 1/4 cup Fresh Chives Finely chopped
  • 2 cloves Garlic Clove Minced
  • 1 tablespoon Old Bay Seasoning

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Place the dinner rolls on the baking sheet, ensuring they are touching.
  3. Hollow out the tops of each roll to create a pocket for the lobster.
  4. In a mixing bowl, combine melted butter, chives, Old Bay seasoning, and garlic to create garlic chive butter.
  5. Brush the insides and outsides of the rolls with the garlic chive butter.
  6. Bake the rolls for about 10 minutes until golden and fragrant.
  7. Warm the lobster in the reserved garlic chive butter for 2-3 minutes.
  8. Fill each hollowed-out roll with the warm lobster mixture.
  9. Garnish with additional chives and serve warm.
