For the Toppings
  • 2 cups Shredded Rotisserie Chicken Add protein and flavor.
  • 4 tablespoons Buffalo-style Hot Sauce Adjust to taste.
  • 1/2 cup Ranch Dressing Can replace with blue cheese dressing.
  • 1 cup Mozzarella Coarsely grated.
  • 1/4 cup Crumbled Blue Cheese Can switch to feta or goat cheese.
  • 2 tablespoons Scallions Thinly sliced.
  • 2 tablespoons Chopped Cilantro Optional garnish.
For the Aromatics
  • 2 tablespoons Olive Oil Brushing adds flavor.
  • 1 medium Shallots Thinly sliced.
  • 2 cloves Garlic Finely chopped.
For the Creaminess
  • 1 cup Whole Milk Ricotta Adds creaminess.
  • 1/2 cup Goat Cheese Crumpled.
For the Finish
  • 2 tablespoons Fresh Thyme Leaves Offers an herbal note.
  • 1/4 cup Walnuts Toasted and chopped.
  • 1 tablespoon Honey For a touch of sweetness.
For the Sauce
  • 1 15-ounce can Whole Peeled Tomatoes Drained.
  • 1 tablespoon Fresh Oregano Chopped.
  • 1 large clove Garlic Finely grated.
  • 2 fillets Anchovy Finely chopped.
For the Toppings
  • 1 cup Pepperoni Thinly sliced.
  • 1/2 cup Pickled Pepperoncini Peppers Thinly sliced.

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Slice the 24-inch baguette in half lengthwise using a serrated knife.
  3. Brush cut sides of baguette with olive oil and sprinkle with salt and pepper.
  4. Layer shredded chicken, hot sauce, mozzarella, scallions, and blue cheese on one half.
  5. Spread ricotta on the other half, then top with shallots, garlic, mozzarella, goat cheese, thyme, walnuts, and honey.
  6. For pepperoni, layer seasoned tomatoes, mozzarella, pepperoni, and pepperoncini on the other half.
Baking
  1. Bake both assembled halves for 10-12 minutes until cheese is melted and golden brown.
  2. Let cool slightly before slicing and serving.

Notes

Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 3 days. Reheat in the oven for crispiness.
