Preparation
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Slice the 24-inch baguette in half lengthwise using a serrated knife.
- Brush cut sides of baguette with olive oil and sprinkle with salt and pepper.
- Layer shredded chicken, hot sauce, mozzarella, scallions, and blue cheese on one half.
- Spread ricotta on the other half, then top with shallots, garlic, mozzarella, goat cheese, thyme, walnuts, and honey.
- For pepperoni, layer seasoned tomatoes, mozzarella, pepperoni, and pepperoncini on the other half.
Baking
- Bake both assembled halves for 10-12 minutes until cheese is melted and golden brown.
- Let cool slightly before slicing and serving.
Notes
Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 3 days. Reheat in the oven for crispiness.
