Cooking Instructions
- Prepare Chicken: Cut chicken into ½ inch cubes and place in a bowl or zip-top bag.
- Make Marinade: Whisk sesame oil, soy sauce, honey, rice wine vinegar, garlic, ginger, and white pepper. Pour over chicken and refrigerate for 1-2 hours.
- Prep Skewers: Soak wooden skewers in water for 10-15 minutes to prevent burning.
- Assemble Skewers: Thread marinated chicken onto skewers with space between pieces.
- Preheat Grill: Set grill to medium-high heat (400°F/200°C) and clean lightly oiled grates.
- Grill Chicken: Cook skewers for 7-8 minutes per side, until golden and internal temp at 165°F (74°C).
- Garnish & Serve: Remove from grill, garnish with green onions or sesame seeds, and serve hot.
