  • 2 tbsp Rice Wine Vinegar Apple cider vinegar can substitute.
  • 1 tbsp Granulated Garlic Fresh minced garlic can substitute.
  • 1 tbsp Ginger Powder Use half the amount of fresh ginger.
  • 1 tsp White Pepper Black pepper is a good alternative.
For Serving
  • 2 stalks Sliced Green Onions For garnish.

Method
 

Cooking Instructions
  1. Prepare Chicken: Cut chicken into ½ inch cubes and place in a bowl or zip-top bag.
  2. Make Marinade: Whisk sesame oil, soy sauce, honey, rice wine vinegar, garlic, ginger, and white pepper. Pour over chicken and refrigerate for 1-2 hours.
  3. Prep Skewers: Soak wooden skewers in water for 10-15 minutes to prevent burning.
  4. Assemble Skewers: Thread marinated chicken onto skewers with space between pieces.
  5. Preheat Grill: Set grill to medium-high heat (400°F/200°C) and clean lightly oiled grates.
  6. Grill Chicken: Cook skewers for 7-8 minutes per side, until golden and internal temp at 165°F (74°C).
  7. Garnish & Serve: Remove from grill, garnish with green onions or sesame seeds, and serve hot.
