  • 1 can Sweetened Condensed Milk Fat-free can lighten the fudge
  • 1 cup White Chocolate Chips Can substitute with almond bark
  • 1 cup Semi-Sweet Chocolate Chips Can use milk or dark chocolate for different sweetness
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract Use pure vanilla for best flavor
Topping
  • 1/2 cup Christmas Sprinkles Can substitute with crushed peppermint

Method
 

Steps to Prepare
  1. Line an 8x8 baking pan with parchment paper and spray it with nonstick cooking spray.
  2. Divide semi-sweet and white chocolate chips into two bowls and add half a can of sweetened condensed milk to each.
  3. Melt the semi-sweet chocolate in the microwave in 30-second increments, stir in vanilla, and spread in the prepared pan.
  4. Melt the white chocolate similarly, mix in vanilla and sprinkles, then spread over the semi-sweet layer.
  5. Chill the fudge in the refrigerator for at least one hour.
  6. Carefully remove the fudge using the parchment overhang and cut into neat squares.
