Preparation Steps
- Line an 8x8-inch baking pan with parchment paper, allowing overhang for easy removal later.
- In a saucepan, combine white chocolate chips, sweetened condensed milk, and a pinch of salt. Heat over low, stirring continuously for 5-7 minutes until melted.
- Remove from heat and stir in vanilla extract until smooth.
- Cool the fudge mixture slightly for 3 minutes, then fold in chopped gumdrops.
- Pour the mixture into the prepared pan and spread evenly.
- Refrigerate for at least 2 hours or until set.
- Lift the fudge out of the pan using the parchment paper and cut into squares.

Store in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 3 days, in the fridge for up to 2 weeks, or freeze for up to 2 months.
