Preparation Steps
  1. Line an 8x8-inch baking pan with parchment paper, allowing overhang for easy removal later.
  2. In a saucepan, combine white chocolate chips, sweetened condensed milk, and a pinch of salt. Heat over low, stirring continuously for 5-7 minutes until melted.
  3. Remove from heat and stir in vanilla extract until smooth.
  4. Cool the fudge mixture slightly for 3 minutes, then fold in chopped gumdrops.
  5. Pour the mixture into the prepared pan and spread evenly.
  6. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours or until set.
  7. Lift the fudge out of the pan using the parchment paper and cut into squares.
