- Begin by pitting the Medjool dates; slice each date lengthwise and remove the pit. Shape them into small cups in silicone molds.
- Fill each date cup with approximately a teaspoon of smooth peanut butter. Sprinkle a few salted peanuts over the peanut butter.
- Melt the dark chocolate in a microwave-safe bowl or double boiler over low heat, stirring until smooth.
- Drizzle the melted chocolate over each filled date, ensuring they are generously coated. Tap the mold lightly on the counter.
- Transfer the molds to the freezer and let them chill for about one hour until the chocolate has hardened.
- Gently pull the Date Snickers from the silicone molds and serve as a delightful snack or dessert.
