Method
 

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Begin by pitting the Medjool dates; slice each date lengthwise and remove the pit. Shape them into small cups in silicone molds.
  2. Fill each date cup with approximately a teaspoon of smooth peanut butter. Sprinkle a few salted peanuts over the peanut butter.
  3. Melt the dark chocolate in a microwave-safe bowl or double boiler over low heat, stirring until smooth.
  4. Drizzle the melted chocolate over each filled date, ensuring they are generously coated. Tap the mold lightly on the counter.
  5. Transfer the molds to the freezer and let them chill for about one hour until the chocolate has hardened.
  6. Gently pull the Date Snickers from the silicone molds and serve as a delightful snack or dessert.

Notes

For best results, use fresh Medjool dates. Store at room temperature for up to 2 days or in the fridge for up to 1 week.
