  • 1/2 cup Salted Butter or use unsalted for less salt
  • 1/2 cup Granulated Sugar can reduce for less sweetness
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract use pure vanilla for best quality
  • 1 1/2 cups All-Purpose Flour substitute with gluten-free flour blend
  • 1 tablespoon Aluminum-Free Baking Powder
  • 3/4 cup Heavy Cream can replace with half-and-half
  • 1 cup Canned Diced Peaches drained and patted dry
For the Icing
  • 1 cup Powdered Sugar adjust for desired sweetness
  • 2 tablespoons Milk adjust amount for desired consistency
  • 1/2 teaspoon Vanilla Extract

Method
 

Biscuit Preparation
  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine melted salted butter, granulated sugar, and vanilla extract. Stir until smooth.
  2. Gradually fold in all-purpose flour and baking powder. Pour in heavy cream and add diced peaches, mixing gently.
  3. Transfer the mixture into a greased 9x13-inch baking dish, spreading evenly.
  4. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and bake for 35 to 40 minutes until golden brown.
  5. While biscuits cool slightly, whisk together powdered sugar, milk, and vanilla extract to prepare icing.
  6. Drizzle the icing over the biscuits after 10 minutes of cooling.

Notes

Make sure to drain and dry peaches to avoid soggy biscuits. These biscuits can be made ahead and refrigerated.
