  • 1 cup Sugar Adjust to taste.
For the Ladyfingers
  • 24 pieces Ladyfingers Dip quickly to retain texture.
For the Mascarpone Filling
  • 16 ounces Mascarpone Cheese Can substitute with cream cheese.
  • 1 cup Heavy Cream Whipped topping can be used.
For the Chocolate Layer
  • 8 ounces White Chocolate Dark or milk chocolate can be used.

Method
 

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. In a saucepan, combine raspberries and sugar over medium heat. Stir gently and bring to a simmer for about 10 minutes until thickened.
  2. In a mixing bowl, whip mascarpone cheese and heavy cream until smooth and fluffy, about 3-4 minutes.
  3. Layer dipped ladyfingers at the bottom of an 8-inch dish, cover with half of the mascarpone filling.
  4. Grate half of the white chocolate over the filling, add another layer of ladyfingers, and finish with remaining mascarpone filling.
  5. Chill covered in the refrigerator for at least 6 hours, preferably overnight.

Notes

Quickly dip ladyfingers to maintain texture. Chill for best flavor. Garnish with extra grated chocolate or fresh raspberries before serving.
