- In a small bowl, combine dried oregano, basil, onion powder, garlic powder, salt, pepper, and crushed red pepper. Mix well and set aside.
- Heat vegetable oil in a skillet over medium-high heat until it reaches 350°F (180ºC). Fry wonton wrappers for about 30 seconds or until golden brown. Drain on paper towels and sprinkle with Italian seasoning.
- In a large skillet, add the Italian sausage over medium heat, break apart, and cook for about 8 minutes until browned. Remove from heat and set aside.
- Lay pepperoni slices flat on a baking sheet and broil on high for about 1-2 minutes until crispy edges form. Remove from oven.
- On a baking sheet, spread out crispy wonton chips. Sprinkle shredded mozzarella, top with cooked sausage and broiled pepperoni. Broil for 1-2 minutes until cheese is melted.
- Remove from oven, dollop ricotta on top, and add sliced pepperoncini. Serve warm with marinara sauce for dipping.
