Heat vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add chopped onion and sauté until softened.
Add ground beef and cook until browned, breaking it up as it cooks.
Stir in the green and red peppers. Cook for 5–7 minutes until they start to soften.
Add minced garlic, tomato paste, and tomato sauce. Stir until well combined.
Season with paprika, black pepper, cumin, and salt. Cook for another 5–7 minutes to let the flavors meld.
Serve hot as a filling for wraps or flatbread, over rice, or with potatoes.
