Heat a skillet over medium heat.
Spread 1 tablespoon of butter on one side of each slice of rye bread.
On the unbuttered side of two slices, spread 2 tablespoons of dressing.
Layer half of the kimchi, followed by corned beef, and top with 2 slices of Swiss cheese.
Place the other two slices of bread on top, buttered side up.
Carefully place the sandwiches in the skillet and cook for about 3-4 minutes until golden brown.
Flip the sandwiches and cook for another 3-4 minutes until the cheese is melted and the other side is golden brown.
Remove from the skillet, slice in half, and serve warm.
