  • 1 cup romaine lettuce chopped
  • 1 cup iceberg lettuce chopped
  • 1/2 cup cherry tomatoes halved
  • 1/2 cup cucumber diced
  • 1/4 cup red onion finely chopped
  • 1/4 cup Kalamata olives pitted and sliced
  • 1/4 cup garbanzo beans drained and rinsed
  • 1/4 cup provolone cheese diced
  • 1/4 cup salami diced
  • 1/4 cup pepperoncini sliced
  • 1/4 cup Italian dressing
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions
 

  • In a large bowl, combine the romaine lettuce, iceberg lettuce, cherry tomatoes, cucumber, red onion, Kalamata olives, garbanzo beans, provolone cheese, salami, and pepperoncini.
