Method
 

Step-by-Step Instructions for Lavender Milk Tea
  1. Boil 2 cups of water in a medium saucepan. Add 2 tablespoons of dried culinary lavender and steep for 5 minutes.
  2. In a small saucepan, heat 1 cup of your choice of milk over medium-low heat, stirring until steaming hot.
  3. Strain the lavender infusion through a fine mesh strainer into a pitcher.
  4. Combine the warm milk with the lavender infusion and sweeten with honey or sugar.
  5. Serve hot or allow to cool for an iced version, optionally garnished with dried lavender.

Notes
