Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. In a mixing bowl, combine softened cream cheese, minced jalapeño, crumbled cooked bacon, sharp cheddar cheese, garlic powder, and lime juice. Blend until creamy and smooth. Set aside.
  2. Heat a tablespoon of unsalted butter in a skillet over medium-high heat. Add the hot dogs and cook for about 4-6 minutes until browned on all sides.
  3. Preheat your broiler. Split the brioche hot dog buns and place them cut-side up on a baking sheet. Spread the jalapeño filling on each bun, then place a hot dog on top.
  4. Broil for 30-60 seconds until the cheese is bubbly and gooey. Keep a close watch to prevent burning.
