Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups cooked shredded chicken breast
  • 1 can 11 ounces mandarin oranges, drained
  • 1 cup celery diced
  • 1/2 cup red onion finely chopped
  • 1/2 cup sliced almonds
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 4 cups mixed salad greens

Instructions
 

  • In a large bowl, combine the shredded chicken, mandarin oranges, celery, red onion, and sliced almonds.
  • In a separate small bowl, whisk together the mayonnaise, honey, apple cider vinegar, salt, and pepper until smooth.
  • Pour the dressing over the chicken mixture and gently toss until everything is well coated.
