- 1 can 11 ounces mandarin oranges, drained
- 1 cup celery diced
- 1/2 cup red onion finely chopped
- 1/2 cup sliced almonds
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise

- 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
- Salt and pepper to taste
