Method
 

Cooking Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, whisk together maple syrup, minced garlic, olive oil, smoked paprika, salt, and black pepper until well combined.
  3. Pat the chicken thighs dry with paper towels and lay them flat on a clean cutting board.
  4. Wrap each chicken thigh with two slices of bacon, securing them tightly around the meat.
  5. Place the bacon-wrapped chicken thighs on a parchment-lined baking sheet, leaving slight space between them.
  6. Brush half of the prepared glaze over the chicken thighs.
  7. Bake the chicken for 15 minutes.
  8. Brush the remaining glaze over the chicken thighs and bake for another 10-15 minutes until the bacon is crispy and chicken reaches 165°F (74°C).
  9. Remove from the oven and let the chicken rest for about 5 minutes. Garnish with chopped fresh parsley before serving.

Marinate chicken thighs in the maple-garlic sauce for 1-2 hours before cooking for enhanced flavor. Consider using a wire rack for even crispiness.
