- In a medium bowl, sift together the all-purpose flour, cake flour, salt, and matcha powder.
- Using an electric mixer, beat the softened unsalted butter in a large bowl until it becomes smooth and creamy. Gradually add the granulated sugar, continue mixing for about 3-5 minutes until the mixture turns light and fluffy.
