  • 80 g sugar

  • Zest of 1 orange orange peel
  • 300 g all-purpose flour

Method
 

Prepare the Dough:
  1. In a bowl, whisk together the eggs and sugar until light and frothy.
  2. Add the sunflower oil, vanilla extract, and orange zest, stirring to combine.
  3. Gradually sift in the all-purpose flour and baking powder, mixing until a soft dough forms.
Shape the Cookies:
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Roll small portions of dough into balls and place them on the baking sheet, leaving space between each.
