  • 1/4 cup Sour Cream Greek yogurt is a substitute
  • 2 tbsp Mayonnaise Can use vegan mayo
  • 1 cup Cheddar Cheese Can substitute with Monterey Jack
  • 1 tsp Cumin Omit or replace if desired
  • 1/4 cup Cilantro Chopped
  • 1/2 cup Cotija Cheese Feta is a substitute
For Topping
  • 2 tbsp Crumbled Bacon For added crunch
  • 1 tsp Tajin Optional for garnish
  • 2 tbsp Chopped Cilantro For garnish

Method
 

Step‑by‑Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your air fryer to 375°F, grill to 400°F, or oven to 400°F for even cooking.
  2. Carefully slice each jalapeno in half lengthwise, removing stems and seeds.
  3. Cook bacon in a skillet over medium heat for 5-7 minutes until crispy.
  4. Sauté sweet corn in the same skillet with Tajin seasoning for 2-3 minutes.
  5. Mix sautéed corn with cream cheese, sour cream, mayonnaise, cheddar cheese, cumin, and half cilantro.
  6. Pipe the cheesy mixture into the jalapeno halves, avoiding overfilling.
  7. Cook air fryer poppers for 6-7 minutes, grill for 8-10 minutes, or oven bake for 10-12 minutes.
  8. Garnish each popper with crumbled bacon, cotija cheese, remaining cilantro, and Tajin before serving.

Notes

Serve poppers immediately after garnishing while they're still warm for the best experience.
