Step‑by‑Step Instructions for Monster Eyeballs
  1. Crush the Golden Oreos in a food processor until finely crumbled.
  2. Mix crushed Oreos with softened cream cheese until smooth and fully combined.
  3. Form dough into 1-inch balls and arrange on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
  4. Chill in the refrigerator for 15-30 minutes to firm up the truffles.
  5. Melt colored candy melts in a microwave-safe bowl, stirring every 45 seconds until smooth.
  6. Dip each truffle in the melted candy coating, allowing excess to drip off.
  7. Before coating hardens, press a large candy eye atop each truffle along with sprinkles.
  8. Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes until candy coating is hard.
