- ¾ cup almond butter well stirred
- 3 tablespoons pure maple syrup

- ¼ teaspoon ground nutmeg
- ¾ cup packed grated carrot
In a large bowl, combine oats, chopped pecans, flaxseed meal, cinnamon, and nutmeg.
Add almond butter, maple syrup, and grated carrots, mixing until the ingredients are fully combined and sticky.
Using your hands or a spoon, scoop small portions of the mixture and roll them into bite-sized balls.
