Method
Prepare the Base:
- In a large bowl, mix the crushed cookies and chopped peanuts.
Make the Chocolate Mixture:
- In a saucepan over medium heat, combine milk, sugar, cocoa powder, and butter.
- Stir continuously until the mixture is smooth and well combined. Remove from heat.
Combine & Shape:
- Pour the warm chocolate mixture over the cookie-peanut mixture. Stir until evenly coated.
- Shape into small bite-sized balls or press the mixture into a lined baking dish.
Chill & Serve:
- Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes until firm.
- Serve as is, or dust with cocoa powder or powdered sugar for extra flavor.
