Method
- Preheat oven to 180°C (350°F) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Prepare the wet ingredients – In a mixing bowl, mash the banana and mix with the grated apple.

- Form the cookies – Scoop small portions onto the baking sheet and press lightly to flatten.
