Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
Pat the steaks dry with paper towels and season both sides generously with salt and pepper.
In a large oven-safe skillet, heat the olive oil over medium-high heat until shimmering.
Add the steaks to the skillet and sear for 3-4 minutes on each side until a nice crust forms.
While the steaks are searing, in a small bowl, mix together the softened butter, minced garlic, parsley, thyme, and Worcestershire sauce until well combined.
Once the steaks are seared, remove the skillet from heat and spread the garlic herb butter evenly over the top of each steak.
Transfer the skillet to the preheated oven and bake for 5-7 minutes for medium-rare, or until the desired doneness is reached.
Remove the skillet from the oven and let the steaks rest for 5 minutes before slicing and serving.
