Preparation Steps
  1. In a medium bowl, combine diced fresh peaches with granulated sugar, ground cinnamon, and lemon juice. Toss gently and let sit for 10 minutes.
  2. In a chilled metal bowl, add ice-cold heavy whipping cream, vanilla extract, and salt. Beat with an electric mixer for 3-4 minutes until soft peaks form.
  3. Gradually add sweetened condensed milk to the whipped cream, whipping until thick and glossy for about 2-3 minutes.
  4. Layer half of the macerated peaches into serving glasses, then fold in a portion of the whipped cream mixture with remaining peaches, spooning the mixture over the peach layer.
  5. Cover dessert with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 1 hour before serving.

Notes

Choose ripe peaches for maximum sweetness. Chill equipment for best whipping results. Avoid overwhipping the cream to maintain smooth texture.
