- In another bowl, mash a ripe banana if using, then stir in the peanut butter, add eggs, and mix in water until smooth.
- Pour the wet mixture into the dry ingredients and stir gently until just blended.
- Chop the cooked bacon into small pieces and fold them gently into the batter.
- Spoon the batter into your prepared pan and bake for 20 to 25 minutes or until golden brown.
- Let the cake cool in the pan for 10 to 15 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely.
