Step‑by‑Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a medium-sized mixing bowl, combine granulated sugar, light corn syrup, melted unsalted butter, pure vanilla extract, and the large egg, whisk until smooth.
  3. Gently fold the chopped pecans into the filling mixture until evenly coated.
  4. Unroll the Pillsbury Crescent Rolls, place 2 to 3 tablespoons of the pecan filling at the wide end of each triangle, and roll it towards the narrow end.
  5. Arrange the assembled rolls on the baking sheet and bake for 8 minutes.
  6. Brush the tops with the reserved filling mixture and return to the oven for an additional 5 minutes.
  7. Allow to cool slightly before serving, optionally topping with additional chopped pecans.

Notes

Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 2 days at room temperature. They can be frozen for up to 2 months and reheated at 350°F (175°C).
