Preheat the oven to 350°F.
In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add the diced onion, green bell pepper, and mushrooms. Sauté for about 5 minutes until the vegetables are softened.
Add minced garlic and cook for an additional minute.
Add the ground beef to the skillet, breaking it apart with a spoon. Cook until browned, about 5-7 minutes. Drain excess fat if necessary.
Stir in salt, black pepper, Italian seasoning, Worcestershire sauce, and beef broth. Bring to a simmer.
In a large mixing bowl, combine the cooked pasta with the beef mixture. Stir in half of the provolone and mozzarella cheese.
Transfer the mixture to a greased 9x13-inch baking dish. Top with the remaining cheese.
Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until the cheese is bubbly and golden.
Let it cool for 5 minutes before serving.
