Ingredients
  

  • 1 lb flank steak thinly sliced
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 onion sliced
  • 1 bell pepper sliced
  • 1/2 cup mushrooms sliced
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese or provolone for a classic Philly taste
  • 1 pizza dough store-bought or homemade
  • 1 tablespoon melted butter
  • 2 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder

Method
 

  1. Preheat the Oven
  2. Set your oven to 375°F (190°C) to ensure a crispy and golden finish.
2. Cook the Steak & Veggies
  1. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat.
  2. Cook the thinly sliced steak for 2–3 minutes until browned.
  3. Add onions, bell peppers, and mushrooms. Sauté for 5–7 minutes until softened.
  4. Season with salt and black pepper. Remove from heat and let cool slightly.
3. Roll and Fill
  1. Roll out the pizza dough into a rectangle and cut into 2-inch-wide strips.
  2. Spoon the steak mixture onto each strip and sprinkle with shredded mozzarella.
4. Wrap and Arrange
  1. Roll the dough tightly around the filling and place the breadsticks on a greased baking sheet, seam-side down.
5. Bake to Perfection
  1. Brush the tops with melted butter and sprinkle with Parmesan and garlic powder.
  2. Bake for 12–15 minutes until golden brown and bubbly.
6. Serve and Enjoy
  1. Serve warm with marinara sauce, garlic butter, or your favorite dip.
