  • 1 cup Water Hydrates dry mix.
  • 1/2 cup Vegetable Oil Melted coconut oil can be used.
  • 3 Large Eggs Room temperature for best results.
For the Peanut Butter Filling
  • 1 cup Creamy Peanut Butter Almond or cashew butter can be used.
  • 8 oz Cream Cheese Softened.
  • 1/2 cup Unsalted Butter Melted.
  • 1 cup Powdered Sugar
  • 1 tsp Vanilla Extract
For the Topping
  • 1 cup Reese’s Peanut Butter Cups Chopped.

Method
 

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9x13-inch baking dish.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the chocolate cake mix, water, vegetable oil, and eggs. Beat on medium speed for 2 minutes until smooth.
  3. In another bowl, blend together the creamy peanut butter, cream cheese, melted unsalted butter, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth.
  4. Pour half of the chocolate cake batter into the prepared baking dish. Drizzle sweetened condensed milk over it and top with the remaining batter.
  5. Drop spoonfuls of the peanut butter mixture onto the chocolate batter and swirl gently for a marbled effect.
  6. Sprinkle the chopped Reese’s Peanut Butter Cups evenly on top.
  7. Bake for 30 to 35 minutes, until a toothpick comes out with moist crumbs.
  8. Cool for 10 minutes before slicing and serving. Dust with powdered sugar if desired.
