- Cut a ripe watermelon into chunks, blend until smooth, and strain to collect about 1 cup of juice.
- In a bowl, combine 1 cup of glutinous rice flour and sugar, then add watermelon juice while whisking until smooth.
- Microwave the mixture in intervals of 1 minute, stirring each time until glossy and translucent.
- Dust a plate with cornstarch, transfer the mixture, and let it cool slightly before shaping.
- Dust each shaped piece with cornstarch to prevent sticking.
