Method
 

Step‑by‑Step Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven to 450°F (232°C) and prepare a baking sheet lined with parchment paper or a silicone mat.
  2. Slice the cabbage into 4 wedges and brush the cut sides with olive oil. Season with salt and pepper.
  3. Place cabbage cut-side down on the baking sheet and roast for 10-12 minutes. Flip and roast for an additional 8-10 minutes.
  4. In a saucepan over low heat, melt butter, add minced onion, and sauté until translucent. Mix in Dijon mustard, minced garlic, and seasonings.
  5. Drizzle onion Dijon sauce over the roasted cabbage and garnish with chives or parsley before serving.

Notes

Allow the cabbage to brown for added flavor. Adjust the sauce quantity as needed and consider doubling it for more servings.
