- Generously spread the garlic and Parmesan mixture over each cabbage wedge, ensuring they are well-coated.
- Place the coated cabbage wedges on the prepared baking sheet in a single layer.
- Roast for 20 minutes, turning halfway through.
- Broil for an additional 2-3 minutes for a crispy finish, keeping a close eye to avoid burning.
