Preparation Steps
- In a medium bowl or mason jar, mix together the rolled oats, milk, Greek yogurt, chia seeds, and maple syrup or honey. Stir well until combined.
- Cover the bowl or jar and refrigerate for at least 6 hours or overnight.
- Remove from the refrigerator, stir gently, and add a splash of milk if too thick.
- Drizzle with caramel sauce, sprinkle with shredded coconut, chopped nuts, and dark chocolate shavings before serving.
