Method
 

Preparation Steps
  1. In a medium bowl or mason jar, mix together the rolled oats, milk, Greek yogurt, chia seeds, and maple syrup or honey. Stir well until combined.
  2. Cover the bowl or jar and refrigerate for at least 6 hours or overnight.
  3. Remove from the refrigerator, stir gently, and add a splash of milk if too thick.
  4. Drizzle with caramel sauce, sprinkle with shredded coconut, chopped nuts, and dark chocolate shavings before serving.
