Preparation Steps
  1. Pat the fish fillets dry with paper towels to remove excess moisture.
  2. Combine sea salt, cracked black pepper, and paprika in a small bowl. Season both sides of the fish fillets.
  3. Brush each fillet with olive oil to prevent sticking and promote grill marks.
  4. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat (400°F/200°C).
  5. Grill the fish for 4-5 minutes on one side until golden brown.
  6. Flip the fish fillets and grill for another 4-5 minutes. Melt butter with garlic, lemon juice, and parsley, then drizzle over the fish.
  7. Check for doneness with an internal temperature of 145°F (63°C) before removing from the grill.
