Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 325°F (165°C). Prepare a roasting pan with a rack.
  2. Pat the turkey dry, rub with olive oil, season with salt, pepper, and herbs, and place in the roasting pan.
  3. Roast the turkey, basting every 45 minutes until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (75°C).
  4. Melt butter in a skillet, sauté celery and onions until soft. Mix with stuffing and broth in a bowl.
  5. Transfer stuffing to a baking dish, cover with foil, and bake for 30-45 minutes until golden.
  6. Trim green beans, season and roast in the oven for 20-25 minutes until tender.
  7. Boil chopped potatoes in salted water until fork-tender, then mash with butter and cream.
  8. Prepare and bake the pie according to recipe instructions until golden and set.
  9. Carve the turkey and serve with sides.

Notes

Brining the turkey overnight enhances flavor and ensures moist meat. Baste every 45 minutes and use a meat thermometer for perfect results.
