- Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil, add spaghetti, and cook until al dente (8-10 minutes). Drain and set aside.
- Dredge the diced steak in Cajun seasoning. Heat butter in a skillet over medium-high heat, and sear beef for 4-5 minutes, then remove from skillet.
- In the same skillet, sauté minced garlic for 1 minute. Add heavy cream and cream cheese, stirring until smooth and bubbly (3-4 minutes).
- Add mozzarella and Parmesan cheese, stirring until melted, then return beef to the skillet.
